This is a great recipe – such a fresh explosion of flavor in every bite! I used chicken breast, just added a little more olive oil, and it wasn’t dry at all. I also marinated the chicken for a full hour. Only dirtied a bowl, a pan and a cutting board!!!

I loved this recipe. I substituted the milk with Starbucks non-dairy hazelnut latte coffee creamer, diluted with water. I also used quick rise yeast instead of regular, and doubled the cream cheese in the icing. I used pure cane sugar brown sugar because that’s all I had, which made the filling a bit more textured. Original is probably better but I will definitely try again.

Sooooo good. Easy too. I would just add a little bit more salt onto the chicken once I throw it onto the pan otherwise this was amazing! Yah for minimal dishes!

I made this wonderful recipe- following the directions as given and it was absolutely delicious! I love the addition of oatmeal to the topping and the sweet potatoes were perfect 👌. Super moist!!!! I used wholewheat flour. The next time I will reduce the maple syrup to reduce sweetness slightly. The texture and moistness are perfect!

Try substituting beer for water with this, like my family does.
