I’ve been making this since last summer and it’s my ultimate go-to summer breakfast. Love the PB&J combo and it’s perfect on the go breakfast for my boyfriend who goes to the office every day. Quick question though: if I have a large container of Greek yogurt leftover, how much of it should I use for this recipe – would 1/2 cup be sufficient?

I have been making overnight oats for a while, but this combo of sweet jam and globs of PB is a def winner. I did fresh strawberries instead of blueberries because I was out and it still tasted amazing. I was worried the oat base itself wouldn’t be sweet enough, but using if vanilla Greek yogurt makes is perfect. Definitely going to be making this one for more school mornings!
