We don’t have Three Wishes in the UK so I used regular cornflakes and omg SO GOOD. Need to have a stash in my freezer at all times now. Going to try with cheerios next.

I followed the recipe exactly as written and they turned out great. They’re so cute and they’re a perfect little snack! It was difficult to spread the chocolate evenly. I couldn’t really get it over the edges, but it was fine.

I found these to be very sweet even with scaling back the maple syrup slightly to 1/4c. I used HU 70% chocolate for a topping as directed,, along with flaked sea salt, I bet this would be great for a sweet tooth or using a less sweet cereal as a base might be better for those that don’t love the aftertaste of monk fruit. (I used Three Wishes Cinnamon.) Thanks for the recipe.
